If you have a discount code, you will be able to enter this when you purchase your ticket

Check that your discount code hasn’t expired as some codes will be limited to a certain amount of entries or a timescale, so you need to be fast when purchasing tickets with discount codes. If you’re still having issues please email info@beautyserve.net

Whilst anyone is welcome to attend the event, we do not recommend visitors under the age of 16. Children over the age of 2 will require a ticket if attending. Anyone aged under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Some talks will have an age restriction and your will be required to show proof of ID.

You will be supplied one goody bag per ticket purchase, which must be collected on the day of the event in the allocated area. For full goody bag conditions, please see Terms and Conditions.

Yes. Your ticket will only allow you into the event for the day you selected when purchasing it.

You will receive your ticket via email. If you have not received your ticket 10 days before the event, please contact email info@beautyserve.net

Once you have bought a ticket, this automatically creates an account for you. Your ticket confirmation email will give you access to your account so that you can book extras.

 

 

No, if we find you have done this, you will be refused entry into the event.

 

App

No but the App is recommended because it makes entering the venue quicker and it will give you easier access to talks, discounts and more.

You can only purchase tickets on the Look Good Live website. Click ‘Book Tickets’ to secure yours now.

There are instructions on the ticket confirmation email explaining how to log on to the App.

Facilities

There will be numerous catering options around the venue where you will be able to purchase food and drinks. On the top floor there will also be a cocktail bar.

There are ATMs outside the ground floor exhibition hall. We advise that you take cash out prior to the event as not all exhibitors will accept card payments and there could be queues to use the ATMs.

The Ricoh Arena aims to be fully accessible and user-friendly for disabled visitors. For more information, visit the Ricoh Arena website.

All visitors to the Ricoh Arena can connect to Wi-Fi across the entire venue completely free of charge. The venue has a strong service signal for 3G/4G use.

You can drop off baggage, coats and luggage in the cloakroom, which is chargeable by the organisers

Visitors are not permitted to bring animals to the Event with the exception of guide, assistance and hearing dogs

Stages

The Aesthetics and Live Stages must be booked prior to the show to guarantee your seat.

Attendance to the Look Good and Feel Good Stages are free of charge and will be available on a first come first serve basis.

On the days of the event, no bookings can be made. If there is availability for any of the talks, it will be on a first come first serve basis.

Video and sound recordings are not permitted in stage areas of the Event unless written permission is provided by the Organiser.

Health and Safety

The Event will operate in accordance with the latest UK Government and Public Health England guidelines. Please also refer to our Covid-19 safety guidelines.

For the safety of people at the Event, the venue management and the Organiser reserve the right to refuse admission and conduct security searches as they deem appropriate.

The Event will operate in accordance with the latest UK Government and Public Health England guidelines regarding Covid-19 and will operate under the venues comprehensive set of guidelines to keep you safe at our event. As a result of these measures we may be required to manage the flow of visitors to specific areas of the Event, including, but not limited to features, theatres and exhibition halls, to ensure we remain compliant.

We reserve the right to remove any persons showing signs of Covid-19 including a high temperature or a persistent cough, refusing to wear a mask when required to do so (unless they are unable to do so due to an underlying health condition), that is or otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately or for any other behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance and annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable request of the Organiser.

Travel

The event will take place at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry. If travelling by car, use postcode CV6 6AQ. For more travel information, click the ‘Getting Here’ tab.

The Ricoh Arena has 2,000 onsite car park spaces, which will be provided free of charge to attendees on a first come first serve basis.

A limited number of car parking spaces are available at Ricoh Arena on a first come first serve basis.   ( how book if we’ve paid? Check Ricoh)  so we advise booking parking as far in advance as possible.

Please note that all badges will be checked and the badge holder must be with the vehicle.  

Other Info

Visitors may be filmed, photographed or sound recorded for broadcast, publication or security purposes whilst at the Event by the Organiser and our trusted sponsors and partners.

We will provide a wristband which will enable you to leave and return to the event. Please note that you will only be able to return on the same day.
